If you’ve got clients who are looking to purchase or refinance in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania or Florida but don’t have the license to broker the loan, FCMC Mortgage can help.

We will co-broker your out of state mortgage loans. You originate the loan application and disclosures and provide the necessary documentation. We process the application in our name. You receive compensation upon the closing of the loan.

To enroll in the program please complete the Co-Broker Agreement, Independent Contractor Agreement and IRS form W9. If you wish to originate loans in the State of New Jersey you will also need to complete the Mortgage Solicitor Registration form.
